Overview
IJK is one of Indonesia's top 40 event organizers, renowned for its expertise in Corporate Events, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions), and Training Capacity Building across the ASEAN region. Led by Director Ny. Mawar Putri, IJK has more than a decade of experience, offering high-quality event planning and execution, supported by ISO 9001:2015 certification. In this project, we developed an event planning system that enables IJK to manage and customize events from the website. Clients can plan meetings, outings, MICE events, and company gatherings, while easily booking venues, hotels, transportation, merchandise, and more, adjusting them to fit their specific needs.
Challenge & Limitation
The challenge in this project was to design an efficient and user-friendly event planning system that would streamline IJK's complex event management process. The system needed to handle various elements such as hotel bookings, venue reservations, transport arrangements, and merchandise customization, while allowing clients to tailor their events based on specific requirements. The goal was to provide IJK’s team and clients with a comprehensive solution that could manage every detail of an event, from the initial planning phase to execution, ensuring smooth workflows and high levels of customization.
Result
The system is designed with user-friendly interfaces, ensuring both IJK's team and clients can navigate the site with ease. It also offers customization features, enabling users to adjust event plans based on specific needs.
